说明
系统默认的iproute 没有 netns 子命令，需要安装这个，这个可以不用升级内核，测试用的内核版本是：
2.6.32-573.8.1.el6.x86_64下载
wget https://repos.fedorapeople.org/openstack/EOL/openstack-grizzly/epel-6/iproute-2.6.32-130.el6ost.netns.2.x86_64.rpm安装
rpm -ivh --replacefiles ./iproute-2.6.32-130.el6ost.netns.2.x86_64.rpm
